Per the terms and conditions you agreed to when you placed your kit order 
(see below), you have these options during the 60 days since the postmark 
on the kit.

      it will delay your refund.)

Our Deposit Refund Policy: No deposit refund is given unless your kit or 
refund request is postmarked within 60 days of the postmark on your original 
shipment.  A 50% deposit refund must be accompanied by this completed and 
signed form.  A 100% deposit refund is given when you properly complete 
your kit.
